1. What is expected of me as a client?
Be over 18 years old, and a be gentleman, meaning; be courteous, nice, kind, and polite, as rudeness and inappropiate behavior will not be tolerated.

2. What is the difference between Incall and Outcall?
Incall is when you visit the model at her place. Outcall is when the model goes out to visit you at your place; such as your house or hotel. The rates for Incall are sometimes slightly higher to cover the ladies extra cost of providing a location to meet.

3. I was refused service, why?
Normally we are very accommodating, however, don't be surprised if we turn you down after you make stupid remarks, if you are rude, or make derogatory comments on the phone with us or are unwilling to provide the basic information we need to verify your identity and/or your location. Or, if you are reside in a restricted area or book an appointment in an area that has created problems like a sleazy hotel in an unsafe part of town.
Please be advised that like any reputable service we do have a screening process this is for your protection as well as ours and is done with absolute discretion as well. Also, it is not a good idea to ask direct liable questions that can put us at risk. If you do not know what an escort service is or what takes place then you shouldn't be contacting us. Finally, this is not a 900 number sex line so please refrain from sexually explicit language.

4. I keep e-mailing and haven't received a response yet?
We receive tons of emails a day and do normally reply back very quickly the same day. It is advised that you be sure to place in the e-mail who you are trying to contact and why, and to also place a phone number where you can be reached. Utilizing our reservations form is normally a great idea. All correspondence is kept confidential. Asking questions such as rates for model, when the rates are already clearly posted on the model profile may be one reason you didnt get a reply. Make sure you read the website for information before just emailing lots of questions to us. And finally, you should refrain from using vulgar or explicit graphic language. Doing so may cause your e-mail to be ignored. Below are some suggested tips in getting your email answered quicker and properly
· Your message should not be considered offensive, or explicit in nature.
· Be sure to include all the necessary and/or required information.
· State your FULL NAME and a CONTACT NUMBER.
· If you are sure it was none of the above then maybe there was a technical error and it never reached our staff, so try sending it again, if no response just call the company directly.

5. Am I required to make an advanced appointment? If so when?
An advance appointment is not required. Same day appointments with at least 1 or more hours notice are fine. You may use our appointment form online or just call us to set up an appointment.

6. I tried calling your phone numbers and no one answered.
You can leave a detailed voicemail including your name, phone number, the lady you want to meet, when, and where, and we will have her call you back if she's available. If she's not then one of our office staff will contact you. If you dont want to leave a voicemail then just try calling back in about 10 minutes as our office staff must all be busy talking to other clients.

7. How long will it take for an escort to arrive?
Our goal is to have an escort arrive to your door in 45 to 60 minutes from the time you call.

8. I requested 1 specific model and she didnt call me back. Why?
She might not have been available at that time to reach you. Make sure you have your phone on, are able to accept blocked calls, and be ready to answer when she calls. If that one lady you choose isnt working that day, then its best to have a few other ladies picked out that would also be acceptable to come and meet you.

9. Are your rates negotiable?
NO. If you don't have enough money, then please don't contact us until you can afford it. Payment is due up front upon the ladies arrival to you. Cash only.

10. What's the deal with a cancellation fee?
Once a model books an appointment with you, we ask that you contact us if there is a change in plans. There is no charge if this is done in a timely manner, and you will remain in good standing, able to use the service at any time in the future. But, once a model arrives at your location, if a cancellation occurs we ask for a $50 cancellation fee to cover the ladies transportation cost and time involved preparing just to come and see you. Paying this fee will keep you in good standing with our company as well as sevreal other companies and independents that we all keep in close contact with. Compromising this request may permit a client's name to be added to the do not service list.

11. I was told I was on the Do Not Service list (DNS), how do I get my name off?
The DNS list requires serious work to have your name added in the first place. First, you have to make a request to a manager and demonstrate a sincere desire to be removed from the list. Generally we look at why a persons name was added in the first place. If it is because of problems you're having with another agency we ask that you work it out first with the other agency (we honor the DNS of most agencies in the area). If it concerns our company and you were banned because of not having the money for an appointment once the lady arrived, not answering your phone or your door once the lady arrived, or owing cancellation fees, you may be required to make an advance payment and possibly paying any past due fees owed to us before being able to set any future appointments with any of the ladies. If it concerns safety or welfare issues of the ladies or any member of our club then it is unlikely that we will service you. We suggest you use another service.

Asking for the lady to give you her personal contact information and/ or to bypass the company or accepting her personal contact info if she offers it to you will most likely get you banned and her fired. This is the same as stealing and we don't need anyone like that. If you don't want to use a company to book appointments, then don't call us in the first place.

12. Why does the phone staff need my real name, phone number, address, and other information?
If you want to make an appointment, we do have a discreet verification procedure. It is very straightforward, and no record of your real identity is kept. There is however, a pre-screening procedure required. This permits both our models and our clients to feel safe and comfortable going into the session. This way when the session begins you'll be able to relax completely, knowing we have anticipated your every concern.

13. Are the ladies shown in the pictures the actual ladies?
Of course -- what you see is exactly what you will get. All the pictures for the most part are current within the past few months. Some ladies like to update and get new pictures taken several times a year.

14. Are there other ladies available that are not on the website?
No, we try to get all newly hired ladies added to the website within 24 hours of hiring them. And we do update the website normally at least once a week, so all the ladies you see are all the ones who are available.

15. Am I required to tip?
No! All our ladies charge flat rate fees so tipping is appreciated, but not required, nor will it ever be discussed or implied. If however you had a really great time, then afterwards it's okay to show your appreciation by offering a tip to the model.

16. What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept CASH only, and payment is due up front to the model upon arrival.

17. Will the model stay for the entire time?
Yes, you are paying her for her time and however long you pay her to stay is how long she will stay unless you agree she can leave early. Our ladies are not clock watchers, but that doesn't mean you're going to get an extra 30 minutes for free either. Be respectful of her time as she may have other plans once your time with her is up.

18. Can I meet a lady somewhere for coffee or a drink to see if we are compatible?
Yes, but the hourly rates will still apply. You can have a few drinks and/or dinner and see where it goes from there.

19. Is there a particular kind of man you see or don't see?
The ladies are only interested in meeting clean, well groomed, good mannered, generous gentlemen. No rude, obnoxious, vulgar, pushy, or demanding types need to call.

20. I know of a lady that wants a job with your company. What do I tell her?
Have her call, e-mail, or fill out our employment form online. Advise your friend that we do selectively hire and not to feel bad if we turn her down. But generally we seek ladies that are above average in looks and intelligence with a touch of personality, coolness, class, and open mindedness. The only other requirement is that young lady have valid photo I.D. showing that she is at least 18 years of age. We are always open to hiring new talent so that we can maintain our commitment to offering the most gorgeous, exotic, upscale sexy ladies in the city.

21. Do you hire male models?
Sorry...but No! Black Dress Club caters exclusively to men and women seeking ladies. There are however, many services out there though that are seeking male models or that cater to clients seeking men. Consider visiting some of the local adult novelty shops, many have publications inside to assist you.

22. The Phone staff was really helpful and nice, how can I thank them?
A thank you is more than enough. The phone staffers are committed to being as helpful and as courteous as possible. Part of their job is to meet and accommodate your requests to satisfaction.
